Disappointed that I could not use the £10 voucher for an eye test that was on the Boots website. It wasn't explained to me why it was not acceptable, just muttered something about not able to use it, so I paid £25 for the test which was, for some reason, a Private test and not the NHS rate of £21.65. Very put off by the process that I decided not to purchase glasses from Boots. I will go to Specsavers to try to recoup some of the loss instead.
